Young Artist of the Year 2025
Shinfield Parish Council is aiming to increase engagement with younger members of the community by organising various competitions in 2025/26. All submissions will be displayed at the School Green Centre for the community to view, and a winner will be selected. The winning artwork may be framed and displayed in one of the council’s buildings. For additional details, visit www.shinfieldparish.gov.uk

Shinfield Art Showcase
The first Shinfield Art Showcase 2025 took place during February half-term, featuring an exhibition, workshops, guest speakers, and art classes. Over 50 artists participated, with more than half the artwork sold and significant funds raised for charity. Interested in joining next year? Email info@shinfieldparish.gov.uk

Balcony Art
We are working on a project to use the balcony at the School Green Centre in Shinfield as our local equivalent to the trafalgar square 4th plinth, where they change the art every two years. More information to follow.
