Young Artist of the Year 2025 & Summer 2026

Shinfield Parish Council is aiming to increase engagement with younger members of the community by organising various competitions in 2025/26. The 2025 Art Comp & workshop was well attended and we will be doing the same again for 2026.

Shinfield Art Showcase

The first Shinfield Art Showcase 2025 took place during February half-term, featuring an exhibition, workshops, guest speakers, and art classes. We did the same again in February 2026 which was a brilliant success with over 50 local artists displaying their artwork. Interested in joining next year? Email info@shinfieldparish.gov.uk

Balcony Art

We are working on a project to use the balcony at the School Green Centre in Shinfield as our local equivalent to the trafalgar square 4th plinth, where they change the art every two years.
